School Vision Statement

At Harefield Primary School, we are aspirational, safe and kind.

We will instil a sense of aspiration in every child, helping them to feel confident in themselves and their abilities. Our school is a place where respect for each other, oneself, and the school is second nature, and kindness is a natural part of our behaviour.  Every child will feel safe coming to school and know that the adults will be the duty-bearers of their rights.  All members of our community are valued and heard, and their successes are celebrated.

We will ensure a culture that makes our school a place where students are excited to learn and be present.  We work with our families to provide numerous opportunities and activities, to enrich learning, bring a sense of fun to the curriculum.  We prepare our students to pursue opportunities in the wider world with self-belief, motivation, and a can-do attitude.  Through this effective, innovative teaching, we will ensure that our learners make strong academic progress and develop a life-long love of learning.
