Timings

• 7.15am – 8.40am Monday to Friday
• The last entry to Sunrise Club is at 8.15am
• Children will be taken directly to their class in time for morning registration.

Breakfast Options

We offer a variety of breakfast options, which vary daily, and include cereal and toast. New for 2026/2027 a weekly themed breakfast. This will be communicated weekly.

Activities

Activities include construction and imaginative play, mindfulness colouring, reading and board games.

Booking and Availability

Space is limited to 30 children per day.

Booking your child’s place is simple:

• If you want to set days each week, please complete a permanent place agreement for your child. these can be collected from the school office. On receipt of the form, the school will set up the permanent booking on MCAS.  By signing the agreement, you are agreeing to make regular payments via MCAS. If this is not maintained, your child’s place may be withdrawn.  The school requires 24hours notice to amend a permanent place to avoid the parent being charged.
• If you want to use Sunrise club on an ad hoc basis, simply email your preferred days to info@hpslive.net who will confirm space availability. You are required to book your child’s place 24hours before it is required.
• If you need to book at short notice, please contact the school office, who will advise you of availability that day.

All bookings should be made or cancelled giving a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cost

• £5 per day

All payments are made through the MCAS app. Accounts must always be kept in credit and balances settled weekly. Unfortunately, we will be unable to book a space in Sunrise Club if you have a negative balance.

If you are paying with childcare vouchers, this needs to be arranged with Mrs Burgess in the office in advance.

We do offer a small reduction for siblings and children in receipt of targeted Pupil Premium – Please speak to the office for more details.

Childcare vouchers

We accept all major childcare vouchers. Please speak to Mrs Burgess in the office to set up voucher payments on your account.
