We are currently looking for the following volunteers:

• Reading Volunteers
• Swimming Volunteers Year 4
• Trip Volunteers all year Groups
• General Classroom Volunteer

To comply with the schools safeguarding policy, we require all volunteers to:

• Complete a volunteer application form detailing your employment history.
• Provide details of two references – employment or character, (referees cannot be related to you).
• Provide 3 forms of ID – Photographic, birth certificate and proof of address.
• Complete an enhanced DBS check
• A certificate of good conduct for any country you have lived in as an adult.
• Complete a disqualification from Childcare declaration.

Please collect a volunteer pack from the main school office. All the paperwork you need to complete is contained within this pack.

Please return completed paperwork to Mrs Burgess at the school office. When returning your paperwork, please bring with you the ID listed above. We can only accept original documentation.
