MCAS - Online Payments
Harefield Primary School uses "My Child at School" as an app-based way to communicate with the school. It works with our systems and will allow you to receive updates, letters, reports, information on your child’s achievements and much more.
We use this for online payments for trips, afterschool and breakfast clubs. This will also be used for booking afterschool club sessions and breakfast club sessions.
Please visit https://mychildatschool.com and then click "Redeem Invitation Code" which will be sent to you when you join the school.
If it says your username or password is incorrect, please make sure you clicked "Redeem Invitation Code" first, as the invitation code is not your password - you set this yourself.
Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your account and create your own password (This must be 8 characters or more and contain a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters).
If you have multiple children at the school, all information will be accessible via this one account.
Once your account has been set up you can download the app on your smartphone or tablet by searching "My Child At School" in the app store.

School Grid and Dolce Catering
From September 2022 we will have a new catering company providing our school meals. The New Company is called Dolce and we are very excited to introduce them to our school and are looking forward to working with them. I am including with my letter some information on the changes that you will see as a result of the change in catering company. The biggest change is that the school will no longer order or take payment for school meals through MCAS and this will move to the School Grid ordering website for orders and payments.
