Snack Options

Children are offered a drink & healthy snack served between 4.15 and 4.45 daily

Activities

We have a good selection of games and activities which include arts & crafts, board games, books, imaginative play, construction, and many more.  Alternating daily activities are also planned and these include movie time, disco time and many more. The club has access to a large outside area, where children can play, hide & seek, skip, hula hoop, etc.

Availability

Space is limited to 24 children per day except Friday when we are limited to 16. To book your child’s place you simply email info@hpslive.net. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to book a place. If you know your requirements in advance, we would be happy to take bookings for either the year or the term in advance.

Cost 

• 3.10pm -4pm - £4.50 per Child – No Snack
• 3.10pm – 5pm -£9.00 per child – Cold Snack available
• 3.10-5.45pm - £10.00 per child – Cold Snack
• Late collection Charge £5 per 5 minutes late collecting.

We do offer a small reduction for Siblings and Children in Receipt of Pupil Premium – Please speak to the office for more details.

All payments are made through the MCAS app and should be settled weekly by Friday unless you are paying with childcare vouchers and this has been arranged with the office team in advance.

Where payments are not received, your place at afterschool club will be removed until the account is settled in full.

Childcare vouchers

We accept all major childcare vouchers. Please speak to the office to set up voucher payments on your account. We still except balances to be cleared regularly.

Exclusions
The school has the right to refuse a child a place at the After School Club if a child’s behaviour is not in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
