“Harefield Primary is listed in Top 200 Primary Schools in England.” The Sunday Times

Throughout the year we run a breakfast club and a variety of after school clubs. These are sometimes run by staff in their own time as well as run by outside agencies. When outside organisations are used it will often be necessary to make a charge to cover their costs. We may also make a charge for materials in some clubs run by school staff. These are felt to be very important for the sense of community of the school and for the children’s development.

During the last few years Harefield children have enjoyed: dance, drama, school newspaper, rock challenge, gym, craft, cookery, karate, cheer leading fizz-kids, basketball, football, winter and summer sports, sewing, ICT, guitar, art, singing and much more. All of these are wonderful opportunities for children to develop social skills, teamwork and co-ordination. We are developing further clubs and opportunities specifically for able and gifted children.

You will get regular letters telling you which clubs are on offer and to which age children.

Breakfast club continues to be very popular and parents are welcome to attend for the same charge.
